1 heaping tsp. Almond Butter
2 tbsp. Avocado
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (Xm Protein)
3 handfuls of spinach (organic)
1?2 crushed ice
4 Stevia packets
1 tsp honey
1 dash of salt
1 tsp of flax seed if okay with fiber
